New training exprerience and feeling . Handmade manji  sai made of solid wrought iron with long lathe turning (not casted iron), treated with Black oxide coating 

Monouchi is handcrafted with fire. 

Black oxide coating is a procedure used to provide corrosion resistance to iron parts and it is treated with oil afterwards to maximize corrosion resistance. One of its advantages over other coatings is its minimal buildup. This allow manji sai to produce a “ringing” sound after hitting each other. 

Manji Sai should be treated with thin oil from time to time to extend corrosion resistance.
